I have spent the past thirty years totally dedicated to good health; it has been the most rewarding and uplifting path through self-discovery that I have had the good fortune to experience. Through my centre The Sanctuary of Light in London, I have created the space to allow others to explore and experience the benefits of non-limitation and non-debilitating belief patterns which can keep us stuck. The retreat will enable you to integrate wholeness. Beechcroft Retreats offers you the opportunity to refocus and restructure your life.

Along with East Sussex, my associates and I facilitate retreats in Normandy France, Spain, Portugal and the West Indies. If you would like to organise the experience for a group of friends whom you feel will also benefit from our services, we offer special rates for groups of 10 being the minimum to 35 being the maximum. We like to keep the numbers small as we aspire to give special care and attention to all our clients. Our aim is to give you a true Retreat in every sense of the word. Many say it is the best thing they have ever done. Others say it changed their lives.
